C.M. Pancho Construction, Inc. was founded in 1962 by Engineer Cornelio M. Pancho at a time when the Philippines was rebuilding after the war. With a clear vision and deep sense of purpose, he devoted himself to building vital infrastructure projects that would help restore and strengthen the nation. At the heart of his work were four unwavering values: simplicity, frugality, honesty, and discipline – principles that became the soul of the company.
Engineer Pancho believed in investing wisely, choosing to reinvest in people and equipment rather than excess.
