Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR) Project – Additional Works Sto. Tomas, Batangas City

The vision to link the Southern Tagalog provinces to National Capital Region made the STAR project a reality. The project introduces a unique way or methodology which exceeds the required International Roughness Index (IRI) value with actual results of 1.7 for ACP and 1.8 for PCCP.

Description: 

• The project involves the construction of the additional two (2) lanes, 19.74 kilometers of PCCP and bridge construction.
