This is one of the latest completed projects that CMPCI takes so much pride of. Despite the scarcity of embankment materials, CMPCI was able to complete this project ahead of time with the deployment of several equipment (in A-1 condition) beyond the requirements as per contract. The project was meant to drastically reduce traffic congestion in Plaridel, San Rafael, Balagtas, Bustos, Baliuag, Pandi and Angat in Bulacan. This contributes to the socio-economic development of Metro Manila and the northern suburbs of Luzon.
Description:
• The Plaridel bypass road section is about 7.74 kilometers with a pavement length of 7.67 kilometers of new Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (PCCP) thickness = 300mm (Main Bypass) and with 2.50m wide shoulder on both sides.
• The base at main bypass is Portland Cement Treated Plant Mix Base Course (CTB) with a thickness of 200mm.
• It includes the construction of one (1) single span PCDG Bridge on seat type
abutments, drainage facilities, slope protection works and furnishing of
miscellaneous items.
