This was an emergency project to temporarily address the broken rubber dam at Bustos Dam (“Angat Afterbay Dam”). CMPCI exhausted all its efforts to complete the project in just 2 weeks to provide protection prior to the repair of the rubber dam and facilitate continuous operation of the dam, which is much needed by the farmers due to the incoming cropping season.
Construction of 12.2km additional two (2) lanes to make a two (2) directional – 2-lane road which includes the extension of cross drainage facilities, duplication of the design of the existing seven (7) bridges and design of a 285m Flyover

Rosa Overpass Bridge (OB11), Ayala Laguna Blvd. (EB13) to Tamayo Area (SI#4) 4) Earthworks at Sta. 32+873.904 to Sta. 33+924 and Bored Piling Works Bridges (WB20-22) of the Proposed Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX) Project Laguna Section
Construction of 8.53km six (6) lane PCCP with 8.53km with sidewalk and bike lane, five (5) bridges, 2 Million cu.m. embankment.
Pipelaying of an 80 km pipeline consisting of 600mmø – 1,500mmø (Polyurethane lined and coated as per AWWA C222 or epoxy-lined and coated as per AWWA C210-70 Steel pipe), 400mmø – 500mmø (Ductile Iron Pipe) and 300mmø (PVC Pipe) shall be laid among the existing Quirino Highway, Tungkong Mangga – Muzon Road, Villarica – Marilao Road and towards Mac Arthur Highway from the junction at Obando to Calumpit.
Construction of new PCCP with carriageway of 7m width, t=300mm (for main bypass), 280mm & 230mm (for intersections), 250m shoulder at both sides, Portland Cement Treated Base Course (CTB) and Construction of two single Span PCDG bridges with carriageway of 10.0m and a total length of 74.0m
Construction of 14.64 km, 4 lane asphalt pavement road which includes interchanges, drainage, slope protection, bridge and underpasses.
Construction of a Super Diversion Canal (SDC) with 1,310 meters of irrigation canal and sublateral canal of 36,795 meters with a total of 38,105 meter irrigation canal. Scope of work also includes related structures, the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of steel gates, and embankment of 414,425 cubic meters
Construction of Pre-stressed Concrete Girder Bridge with span length of 34.0m
Construction of Solar Photovoltaic Power, including the following: 1) Delivery, installation, testing and commissioning for electrical and mechanical works, 2) Site development, and 3) Construction of control building and MVPS foundation, access road, perimeter fence, drainage & grounding system .
