Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Field Engineer to join our team. The Field Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site technical operations, ensuring that projects meet specifications, and providing hands-on support. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in diverse field environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in supervision, monitoring, and controls of the specific task/assigned area.
  • Observe the responsibility of the Field Engineer for the performance and discipline of all Subordinates
  • Coordinate related to the area/site assigned by the Project Engineer
  • Assist on the requisition of all the necessary resources (materials, equipment and manpower) that required on designated area
  • Observe and assist on the implementation of daily schedule according to approved methodology
  • Familiarization with the equipment and manpower output for the implementation of works to obtain the required daily accomplishment with proper equipment utilization and manpower deployment.
  • Assist the Project Engineer & Project Manager in the implementation of the project.

Qualifications

  • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer; Non-Licensed are still considered
  • Minimum experience of 4-5 years on civil works
  • Knowledgeable on the program of work
  • Interpretation of drawing / plans / specifications, measurement and mode of payments
  • With skills on planning, decision making, costing, problem solving & organizational ability
  • With good communication skills, oral & written
  • With good leadership skills
