Job Description

Building Admin Staff is responsible for supporting the daily administrative and operational functions of the building. This role ensures the smooth coordination of tenant services, maintenance scheduling, records management, and compliance with building rules and regulations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service oriented, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update building facility and equipment maintenance report at scheduled frequencies
  • Update the Building Administrator in line with all upcoming and scheduled activities regarding maintenance dry runs or any action that needs immediate action
  • Conduct routine inspection, checking and maintenance of housekeeping
  • Prepare and update building monitoring reports at scheduled frequencies
  • Update summary and tabulation of housekeeping supplies
  • Prepare requisition of housekeeping and construction maintenance needs
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the Building
  • In charge of housekeeping maintenance and activities of the building

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Knowledge in MS Application
  • Basic knowledge in building maintenance and office equipment
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • With good oral and written communication skills
  • Good in reporting & documentation
  • Strict & Process-oriented
