Kubota is a Japanese multinational company that manufactures and supplies agricultural machinery such as tractors and harvesters in the Philippines.

In the beginning, Kubota only rented a 5,000 sqm warehouse in Nort Point Industrial Park 1 (NPIP1) . As their sales increased, they rented the warehouses adjacent to their main warehouse. With Kubota’s growth in the Philippines and their long-standing relationship with CMPCI, Kubota decided to entrust CMPCI to consolidate their industrial facility needs into a mega warehouse in Northpoint Industrial Park 2 (NPIP2). Thus, the two partnered to build a 2-hectare built-to-suit warehouse that caters to their inventory, an assembly area, and multiple offices.

The construction started in Januray 2023 and was finished by June 2024
