MANAGEMENT

     Our hardworking board of directors comprised of licensed engineers, architect, economist, business manager, were finely-trained by the late Engineer Cornelio M. Pancho, founder of C.M. Pancho Construction, Inc.


     CMPCI’s GOOD GOVERNANCE AND INTEGRITY COMPLIANCE PROGRAM is adjudged by the prominent non-profit organization Makati Business Club as one of the very first ever developed in the country. And the company’s program is short listed in the Integrity Manuals which is robustly implemented across all levels of the organization in the Philippines and other Asian countries.


     CMPCI’s BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT GROUP is a new core process implemented typically to identify new business opportunities including new markets, business partnerships and new ways to tap existing markets. Primary new projects include: renewable energy, bulk water supply, wastewater treatment facilities, Private Public Partnership (PPP) projects, and Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) projects.


     The technical competency of top management plays a role in the smooth operations of all projects because they are able to relate easily to their key personnel on site, as well as contribute their valuable technical support.

     The company’s network computerization system integrates almost all phases of the business from pre-qualification, post-qualification, project implementation, requisition of materials, purchasing and delivery, inventory management, payables, finances, cash management and financial statements. The data storage, retrieval, sharing and presentation are 100% free from data manipulation through well designed and defined user access.

MACHINES AND EQUIPMENTS

     C.M. PANCHO CONSTRUCTION, INC. has its own machine shop with a huge inventory of spare parts and maintenance covered motor pool in Bulacan. Here, the heavy equipment is not only stored, but maintained for maximum efficiency by the company's well trained mechanics for high performance in every job. Here, the company's undercarriage division uses hydraulic tools and undertakes engine overhaul, steel fabrication, painting, welding, electrical and other equipment maintenance works.
